The DBR intermediate exhaust combines a racing design with a performance-focused build. Its refined and compact aesthetics offer excellent functionality both on the road and on the track.

Compatible with scooters equipped with a Minarelli horizontal engine, this exhaust is designed for easy installation without structural modifications, perfect for sporty and intermediate 70cc engine kits.

  • Material: iron sheet specifically designed to ensure the correct resonance of the exhaust.
  • Performance optimization: significant increase in performance across the entire power range.
  • Design: completely hand-forged through oxyacetylene welding and finished with riveting.
  • Installation: Plug and Play system, including all accessories and the mounting kit for easy installation.
  • Maintenance: if you purchase the “Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote” treatment, this operation is not necessary. Otherwise, oil the exhaust (we recommend using our DBR Oil) every time it is used. Be sure to wait for the exhaust to cool down before applying the oil. This operation is essential as the exhaust requires such care to maintain its efficiency and prevent corrosion. In case rust forms on the exhaust, it is recommended to treat it with our DBR Rust Remover to remove it.
